No, wait, that was another movie.

Actually, Carol was driving on Hazel Street and she thought, "Wow...what a great name for a character."
Then Hazel Street appeared out of the mist in her mind...
(fade in)

She stood under the lamp post with her fedora cocked to one side shielding her right eye. She slowly pulled a pack of cigarettes out of her trench coat pocket, Winstons. She felt an icy wind blow down her neck....
"cut CUT!
He's got the dang wind machine blowing my head off!
I can't work under these conditions!
I'll be in my trailer!"

Okay, she didn't write it, so we decided she had to do something with that name. So we named our company, Hazel Street Productions.

Our original idea in creating this site was to make a home for artists and writers and eventually musicians of all levels to meet, display their talent and share information about how to live on creativity. We also want to bring into the light of the web any creative and artistic talents that might not get recognition at this phase of their careers. But most of all, we wanted to have fun!

We succeeded in the Fun category!

How do we pay for all this?
Uh, good question. We don't pay anyone, yet. So there isn't a lot of affording to do.
And we haven't quit the day job.
